I am so happy that IBM has finally finished the APAR that I had reported a few months back. PH31374 has been coded up and published. If I try and explain the circumstance behind the error I would not do it justice so I recommend anyone interested please take a look. The end result was that our MQMON’s were coming up in a stopped state after region recycle and this APAR will undoubtedly fix the issue.
